Deliveries
JOY is nipping to the post box - we can pop your parcel in whilst we are there - just let us know what delivery option you want….
Delivery Services:
Depending on which delivery service you have chosen, your order will be sent by Streetwise Courier (next-day delivery and standard delivery) or Royal Mail (international delivery). Joy send all parcels with a value £100 or more, by courier.
The following applies to orders made before 2pm.
Next Day Delivery - £7
If you requested next day delivery, you can expect delivery before 5pm the following day (excluding weekends) as long as you have ordered before 2pm on the day of your order. Streetwise, our courier company, require a signature upon delivery. If there is no-one to sign for the parcel, Streetwise will leave a card with a contact number to organise a redelivering date at a more convenient time. If you have not received your parcel or been carded, within 48 hours of the order (excluding weekends), please contact us on 020 8761 5625.
Standard Delivery - £5
If you requested standard delivery, we will be sending the parcel via Streetwise Couriers. Parcels require a signature upon delivery, so there will need to be someone at the delivery address to sign for it. If there is no-one to sign for the parcel, Streetwise will leave a card with a contact address for you to collect the parcel. If you have not received your parcel or been carded, within 5 working days of the order (excluding weekends), please contact us on 020 8761 5625.
International Delivery - £12 We deliver all over the world sending our parcels via Royal Mail recorded delivery. For Europe and Ireland please expect delivery to take 4-5 working days. For the rest of the world, delivery is estimated to take 6-7 working days. If you have not received your parcel after this time, please contact us on (excluding weekends) 0044 20 8761 5625.
