As long as you get it to us 14 days from purchase, with tags still attached, we will give a full refund through your original payment method. Our only exception is that due to hygiene concerns we can not offer refunds on pierced jewellery and swimwear unless they are faulty.But if you still want your fashion fix, why not exchange it, and we will get your shiny new product, all wrapped, ready and delivered in 21 days. So you’re sending me back... let us know why So that product in your head didn’t come out how you thought it would – that’s okay, we would never want you to hold on to something you weren’t 100% satisfied with. If you are returning, please fill in the returns questionnaire which was included with your order so we can do our best to resolve any problems in the future. Please ensure that you get a certificate of postage from the post office in case the package goes missing on the way. Then, please then pop the package in the post and we will confirm receipt. We can’t pay for your return however if your purchase was faulty, we will refund you for the postage cost for the delivery of your purchase.
